7 Amazing Prosecco Cocktails for your Signature Drink
Love prosecco? Make one of these cocktails your signature drink at the wedding reception.
BELLA BELLINI
Shake freshly squeezed pomegranate juice, crème de cassis and vodka with ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into a tall slender glass. Top up with 100ml chilled prosecco.
ENGLISH GARDEN
Pour one part elderflower cordial and one part gin into your flute and fill the glass with ice-cold prosecco. Decorate with a tiny top-sprig of fresh mint.
GREYHOUND PROSECCO
Pour grapefruit vodka and grapefruit juice into a champagne or wine glass. Slowly pour in Prosecco. Add rosemary sprig or a slice of grapefruit to garnish and serve immediately.
PROSECCO FRENCH 77
Place one part elderflower cordial, one part lemon juice and one parts gin in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well combined then strain into a tall glass. Top with prosecco and serve with a twist of lemon and a couple of mint leaves.
FOREST FRUITS FIZZ
Muddle a small handful of berries in a jar, using a spoon or a fork. Add simple syrup and ice and shake the mixture well to infuse the berries and syrup. Add a few berries to a glass for serving, pour the berry syrup over the berries to fill the glass about a 1/3 full, then top off with prosecco.
BAKEWELL FIZZ
To make this cocktail named after the iconic jam tart, place a cherry soaked in Kirsch and one tablespoon of Kirsch in the bottom of the flute. Top with one part Amaretto Disaronno and three parts prosecco.
CROWN JEWEL
Pour one part elderflower liqueur and one part vodka with a few squeezes of lemon juice. Top up with ice cold prosecco and garnish with basil.
