Five years ago today, local singer Pamela Bezzina, married the love of her life Alex in a special ceremony.
Today, she took to social media with a special message to commemorate this amazing day where she got to marry the person she loves most.
“5 years ago I said the biggest and surest YES of my life - I married my soulmate - the only man who made me feel the rarest and most beautiful emotions from the very start of our journey! I had no idea what real love was until I met you! I was scared as hell to commit to anyone back then, but you were like a very strong magnet that I could not stay away from!”, she captioned a slideshow video full of photos from their wedding.
The photos switch along as the song Pamela wrote specifically for Alex and surprised him with at the wedding, ‘B'qalbi kollha għal ħajti kollha’, plays in the background.
“You taught me what the word unconditional means; selfless altruistic love that pours the heart and mostly the soul! You nourished me with endless self love because you love me just how I am”, she continued.
“5 years ago I became the luckiest woman on earth and I will keep on promising you the same Yes for the years to come - to be there with you beside you in everything you do - to keep doing the most simple yet beautiful things together, our way - our beautiful way”.
