Reports and speculation have been put to bed now that Pippa Middleton officially confirmed that she’s pregnant with her first child with husband James Matthews.

Word first surfaced around the time that her older sister, Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, welcomed her third child, Prince Louis, into the world last April.

She shared the happy news in a fitness column for Waitrose magazine, where she revealed that, unlike her sister who suffered from severe morning sickness, her first trimester was rather smooth sailing.

“I was lucky to pass the 12 week scan without suffering from morning sickness. That meant I was able to carry on as normal,” Pippa wrote.

Pippa and James tied the knot in May 2017, and were most recently seen attending the royal wedding between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle at Windsor Castle.
