Oliver Scicluna, whose work and determination to improve the quality of life of persons with disability has made him loved and respected by many, announced that he and his wife Angela have welcomed a son.

“We are happy to announce the birth of our son Declan, born today at 13:25,” he said on December 13th.

“Thanks to all MDH staff who assisted my wife with so much dedication, thanks to family members who supported us along the way and finally thanks to God, the one who granted us with the best Christmas gift ever.”

Yesterday, Oliver took to social media once again to thank well-wishers for their kind words.
