Singer Leona Lewis tied the knot to her long-time beau, Dennis Jauch at the end of last month, in a Buddhist vegan ceremony at Sting’s 16th century Italian estate. The X Factor winner described her wedding as a “beautiful day, full of love” after sharing the first official shots of her big day with her new hubby by her side, Dennis Jauch.
The couple got hitched at the idyllic Italian estate in front of 180 friends and family members. Guests included Sugababes singer, Keisha Buchanan and The Voice winner, Jermain Jackman, who also sang at the ceremony.
The singer, 34, donned a full-length white gown by Israeli designer Mira Zwillinger before changing into a blush pink embellished tulle gown for dinner. She also changed into a crystal jumpsuit for a reception that continued until 7am!
In an interview with Hello! Magazine she said, “It was so special to be able to bring together everyone we love. There were a lot of tears.” The ceremony was originally supposed to be held outside but was moved inside at the last minute when a huge electrical storm occurred, surprising everyone.
Jauch is convinced it was a sign from his father Lutz, who passed away three weeks before the wedding. “There couldn’t have been more of a sign. Dad made sure we all knew he was there,” he said in the interview.
