This weekend was a first for Prince Harry as he celebrated his 35th birthday as a new father.
In a simple tribute on Instagram, Prince Harry’s wife Meghan put together a sweet collage of her husband over the years, captioning it: “Your service to the causes you care so deeply for inspires me every day. You are the best husband and most amazing dad to our son. We love you ❤️Happiest birthday!”
An intimate shot stands out from the collage, where Meghan is seen fondly cradling baby Archie and Harry is crouching down in front of his young family. The picture seems to have been taken at Prince Archie’s christening on 6th July but was not part of the official set of images released to commemorate the event.
Harry has always been known for his love of informality and distaste for rigidity, and this has become even more prominent since his marriage to American actress Meghan Markle.
Prince Harry’s brother, Prince William, also joined in on the social media train and posted a cheeky snap of both brothers laughing together, moments before Harry and Meghan got married.
