Hollywood heartthrob Richard Gere, 69, has welcomed a baby boy with wife Alejandra Silva, 35.
The couple, who tied the knot last April, announced they were expecting a child soon after.
Both Gere and Silva have children from previous relationships – Gere has a 19-year old son from his marriage to Carey Lowell and Silva also has a son from her marriage to Govind Friedland.
The couple began dating in 2015, after a meeting at a luxury boutique hotel in Italy, owned by Silva and her former husband.
They officially announced they were expecting when Silva posted a photo on Instagram while visiting the Dalai Lama, a long-time friend of Gere, who was blessing her bump.
