Pippa Middleton

The Best Photos from Pippa Middleton & James Matthews’ Wedding

She might not be a princess like her sister, but everything about this wedding screamed royalty.

Pippa Middleton’s wedding to James Matthews took place last Saturday 21st May, with a ceremony at St Mark's church in the Berkshire village of Englefield followed by a reception at the bride’s family estate nearby.

The high society wedding included guests the likes of tennis star Roger Federer and his wife, Princess Eugenie, Vogue executive fashion director Serena Hood, and Gabriella Windsor, the daughter of Prince and Princess Michael of Kent, among many others.

Here are some of the best photos from the couple’s big day.

That dress

Giles Deacon designed Pippa Middleton’s dress, and he absolutely nailed it.

The picture of happiness right there.

The Princes

Prince Harry and Prince William, looking cool and dapper before entering the church.

Mummy duty

The walk down the aisle

After astonishing viewers at her own sister’s wedding in 2011, it was Pippa’s turn to get the royal treatment before entering the church.

The newlyweds

Looking as spectacular as ever.

Onto the reception

Something borrowed

The bride re-used the same pair of pear-cut earrings she wore to her sister’s wedding in 2011, designed by Robinson Pelham.

Sister Sister

While there are some obvious differences between their gowns, there’s no doubt that there are some remarkable similarities. The lace, the big skirt, the long sleeves and structured bodice – but one thing’s for sure… they both look phenomenal.

Meghan Markle

While there isn’t much photo evidence of Prince Harry and girlfriend Meghan Markle at the wedding – which people were DYING to see – we do at least know that she attended the reception.
