At some point or other since Coronavirus hit our shores, it’s probable, if not certain, that everyone experienced some degree of anxiety related to the outbreak. How could we not?
But for expecting mothers, the worry is amplified. Tamara Webb, who is five months pregnant, took to Instagram to share a message of hope and positivity for all her followers, especially for fellow expecting moms.
Looking fresh-faced while working out, she joked “Hot Mess? I’m guessing every single one of us! ESPECIALLY right now. Let’s face it. The situation isn’t ideal and although there are good days, the bad come creeping too.” Hear, hear!
Tamara explains how society, social media, and fake news would have her scared right now. “SO MANY reasons to worry, and I’ve had my moments of fear, ALL completely understandable and VALID. But, I chose a different way of thinking, and a different approach to WHAT I should really be focusing on.”
As a promoter of living a well-balanced life – she is Malta’s Balance Queen, after all – Tamara says she’s been working on her mindset for too long to let the current stressful situation affect her to a point where she loses herself.
“I choose to love myself NO MATTER WHAT. Self-care, physically and even more importantly – mentally. I’m riding on the GOOD VIBES. It’s either that or crying all day. Which one would you choose? You’re stronger than you think!”
Just last week, Tamara lifted all her followers’ spirits with the best gender reveal video, where she let the world know that she and her hubby, Ken, are expecting a baby girl.
