Today marks Minister of Education & Employment Owen Bonnici's birthday, and his wife Remenda took to social media to share her well-wishes to her husband on his special day.
Sharing a picture of the smiling couple together, Remenda wrote: "Today Owen turns 40! I'm lucky that I get to share my life with you, I certainly would have wished we could celebrate your 40th differently but it will still be a special day with our loved ones," she noted in the caption.
The Minister also shared the photo to his public Facebook page: "40 years ago, Jimmy Carter was still the President of America. Dom Mintoff was the Prime Minister in Malta and Margaret Thatcher in England. Time is really ticking by... thank you all for your birthday messages!"
