Ema Vella stole everyone’s hearts during her X Factor Season 2 audition last year, after not only belting out her chosen song, but moving people with her adoption story. Today, Ema turns 16 and her mum had the sweetest things to say.
“Ema wishing you wonderful happy 16th birthday,” she says in a post on Facebook. “Watching you grow up has been many things: joyful, impactful, and even stressful. Above all though, it has been the most meaningful part of our life. We thank God everyday because you were the most beautiful gift I have ever received.”
Ema went on to form part of the girl group F.A.I.T.H , who made it to the final rounds of the competition.
